Delete your English Practice Exam account
You can delete your English Practice Exam account and its data at any time, from the app, the website, or by email. You don't need the app to ask by email.
In the app
Sign in, open the menu and choose Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm.
On the website
Sign in, then go to englishpracticeexam.com/account/delete. The account is deleted straight away.
By email
If you can't sign in or don't have the app, email support@englishpracticeexam.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We reply to that address to confirm it is yours, then delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and email address
- Test history, scores and progress
- Writing you submitted for AI grading, and its feedback
- Madison chats
- Credits, unlocked tests, purchases and downloads
- Referrals, saved scores and sign-in codes
- App Store and Google Play purchase records linked to you
A website Pro subscription is cancelled when you delete your account.
What we keep
- Sales report events, without your email address or account.
- Website checkout records for accounting, without your email address.
- Stripe, Apple and Google keep their own payment records.
Cancel app subscriptions first
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription you bought in the app. Cancel it in the store, or it may keep charging you.
- Deleting your account does not cancel your App Store subscription. Cancel it on your iPhone in Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
- Deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the Play Store app under Profile > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions.
